This exhibition concerns Silverware, a unique collection in the world that goes from 1305 to the present day and, thanks to the work of Deputation of the Royal Chapel of Treasure of San Gennaro, came intact to us; it has not been a victim of spoliations to finance wars and has not suffered any theft. Five of those are considered the ten wonders of Treasure of San Gennaro are exhibited permanently in the Museum, as a seal on a truly unique and exciting path. Starting with the gold and silver Monstrance with diamonds donated by Joachim Murat in 1808, to continue with Monstrance in golden silver, gold, beads, enamels, gemstones, rubies, diamonds, sapphires. Again, the Chalice with case and paten in gold paid, the Pyx, a chalice with golden cover to keep the host. Finally, the refined altar Cross of 1707 in silver and coral of Baroque taste, escaped from the loss and destruction carried put in time.
