Sovrane fragilità. Le fabbriche reali di Capodimonte e di Napoli

Over two hundred exquisitely decorated porcelain items, figurines in romantic settings, complete sets of tableware and the extraordinary series of ‘galanterie’, tiny curious ornaments for clothes, were displayed in the Pinacoteca Gianni e Marella Agnelli. The pieces, which were produced in the famous Borbone royal factories of Naples and Capodimonte, represent an exceptional period for applied arts in Borbone Naples. The value, intricate shapes and delicate details of the artefacts required a specially designed packing system using specific materials.
